DIRECT SERVICES:

Critical Incident Stress Management

	Mobilizing a team of trained individuals to work with your employees (and customers, if applicable) after a critical incident.
	Facilitate debriefing groups within 3 days of the event. (A debriefing group usually takes place within 24-72 hours of the event and provides a structured process for people to talk about the incident and their reactions to it. At the close of the meeting, a range of educational information is provided to assist the group with coping methods and suggestions of how to take care of themselves and each other.)
	Follow up services to individual employees if needed.
